Fulfilled 5 year non-compete agreement. 1980 - 1983 First Bank of Balch Springs. (FBBS) Co-Trustee / Co-Founder, and Director. Co-arranged the investment capital and financing of $3.5 Million for the acquisition of FBBS’s. Served on the Loan Committee and as Chairman of the Development Board of First Bank-Balch Springs. 1983 - 1987 Central Banc Holding Company. Co-Trustee / Co-Founder, and Director. Position. Chairman of Development Committee. Co-Organized, developed holding company that purchased FBBS & CNB. Activities: Involved on several committees including the Board, the Executive and Loan Committee, and as Director for all Central Banc Subsidiaries. Responsibilities included expansion capital and the re-capitalization of the Central Banc Holding for $5.3 Million in 1984. 1983 - 1986 Central National Bank. (CNB) Charter Member, Founder, Director. Chairman of the Development Board. Co-organized and arranged investment capital funding and financing of $3 million for capitalization of CNB. Organized and acted as Chairman of the Development Board. Served on the Loan Committee. 1980 - 1983 Distinctive Design. CEO. President. Principal Shareholder. Director. Developed mail order company and developed sales from $30,000 to $2.3 million per year. Company was acquired in 1983. 1977 - 1987 Blossom's "Eating and Drinking Establishment. CEO., President and treasurer. Founder. Established locations in Dallas, Fort Worth, and Arlington. Originated and developed three operations. Directed financing, administration, and general operating policies of company. Blossom's developed from start-up to $2.4 Million in gross revenues in five (5) years. Company Units were purchased in 1985-86-87. 1976 - 1978 Area Industrial Maintenance, Inc. CEO. and President. Founder. Built Janitorial business from start up. Company was acquired in 1978. 1975 - 1979 Area Roll-Off, Inc. Co-Founder of a heavy construction and roll off industrial waste management company. CEO. Director. Responsible for administration, finance, routing, shop and operating policies. Merged with Area Industrial Disposal Services, Inc. in 1979. 1973 - 1983 Area Industrial Disposal Services, Inc. Co-Founder CEO. Director.. Responsibilities included operations, financial, policy procedures, and marketing. Developed the company from start-up to gross sales of $3.5 million per year through expansion and acquisitions, establishing the fourth largest waste management collection and disposal operation in Dallas. Acquired by "Laidlaw Industries," a public company in June, 1983. 1973 - 1980 First Continental Bank; Founding member and shareholder of original investment group. Served on Board of Directors. Acquired by Allied Bank shares in 1980. 1972 -1973 B.F.I. Dallas, Texas. CEO. President. Director of Dallas Operations. After being acquired, responsible for transition, administration, policies, procedures, sales and customer relations of Dallas operation during merger transition. Made acquisitions, purchased and integrated new equipment, upgrades and office-shop operating policies, trained new management and sales personal. Retired and left Company in 1973. 1962 - 1972 Dalco Industrial Disposal Service, Inc.; Dallas, Tex. Founder, CEO and President. Director. Established and developed waste management collection, disposal and contracting Company. Responsibilities included finance, management, acquisitions, purchasing, and marketing. Increased revenues from “a start-up" capitalized with only $40 to generating gross revenues of $1 million plus per year. Through growth, expansion and acquisitions established the third largest waste management company in Dallas/Fort Worth metropolis over a 10 year period.
