History / Background on Rigs

The Seller is a successful Drilling Contractor that needs a larger drilling rig.

The type of rig chosen was manufactured by Crown Energy in Calgary, Alberta, Canada in 2007. All the rigs are uniform except for the HP.  These are carrier mounted portable rigs, which allows the seller the ability to maximize the costs associated with mobilization / demobilization and manage our move time more effectively. The seller has 4 of these rigs.  The Two Rigs for sale or 900 HP units but have a 1000 hp.

Reason for selling: Need a 1500 HP rig.    

The design of the rigs purchased by the seller has aided and improved their safety program. The seller places an added emphasis on 'safety' during rig moves since the 'majority of accidents’ occur during rigging ' both rig up and rig down time.

Each of these rigs move in sixteen (16) loads (excluding drill pipe and drill collars) and the owner has 'by design', been able to rig down, move and rig up in less than twenty four (24) hours. 

The limited amount of loads, the simplicity of the rig up and rig down process and the experience of its 'crews' has helped to eliminate accidents.

The following description of the two (2) 900HP rigs in seller’s inventory is immediately for sale.

Reason for selling - The seller needs one or two larger 1500 HP rig(s).

Closing Requirements: To proceed need LOI with bank comfort letter (BCL) proving capability to purchase.
